The food choices for breakfast were nice. The service was excellent. The room was huge with terraces, colorful walls, and beautiful old furniture. The location is good in a safe area, very close to the spectacular view of Mt. and the pyramid at Cholula.

I loved the old colonial charm of this boutique hotel. The rooftop garden was a hidden gem that enhanced my stay. The breakfast, with its menu options, was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even treated me to hot chocolate and local treats one morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its beauty and amazing service.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the historic center of the city. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful colonial buildings and is in a safe area. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and beautiful art and antiques. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The breakfast is delicious, with options to order from a menu.

There was a strong sewer smell in the room on the first night, which the staff tried to improve but could not fully eliminate.

I had a really wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect for me as it was right across the street from a music venue where I enjoyed live performances every night. The service provided by the staff, from the owner to the receptionist, was top-notch. They were always ready to assist and made me feel like a valued guest. The room amenities were outstanding, with a spacious sitting area and a dining table where I could enjoy meals. The courtyard patio was a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel also provided free toiletries and kitchen utensils, which was very convenient. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

As for the negatives, there were none. This place truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The hotel had great complementary breakfast and coffee, and the staff was very welcoming and provided us with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was perfect, as we were able to explore the historic center and walk to all of the museums and cultural sites. The courtyard was also a beautiful spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The noise from the nearby street was quite disruptive during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room decor felt a bit dated and could use some updating to make it feel more modern and comfortable.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a central location. The rustic lighting, rock walls, and antique tables and chairs created a cozy ambience. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The attentive staff served a delicious breakfast, made with Senora Lulu's special blend of spices and fresh ingredients. The location, between Morelia and Oaxaca, was perfect for exploring the area.

There was a minor maintenance issue with a couple of busted light bulbs.
